Ingredients
- 2 Tbs yeast*
- 2 cups warm milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- About 5-6 cups of flour†
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add yeast to 2 cups warm milk.
- Add all ingredients to bread maker starting with 5 cups of flour to start.
- If the dough is too runny, add a little more flour at a time and keep adding until the dough is just past the sticky stage.
- The dough should be really soft.
- Cut dough and place on greased baking sheet or muffin tins.
- Bake for 16 minutes.
*SAF yeast in white brick preferred
