Mashed Potatoes


    • 8-10 medium-sized potatoes
    • 2 sticks butter
    • 1/2 small tub sour cream


    • Wash and peel potatoes.
    • Boil in water until soft.
    • Mash potatoes fairly when and then push through a strainer with a rubber spatula.
    • Add butter and sour cream.
    • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
