Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8-10 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 small tub sour cream
Directions
- Wash and peel potatoes.
- Boil in water until soft.
- Mash potatoes fairly when and then push through a strainer with a rubber spatula.
- Add butter and sour cream.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
