Potatoes and Ham
Ingredients
- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cups ham
- Green onion
Directions
- Layer 1/3 potatoes in crockpot.
- Combine flour, salt, pepper in small bowl.
- Sprinkle half of the mixture over the potatoes.
- Spread half of the ham (1 cup).
- Repeat layers with final 1/3 of potato slices on top.
- Dot with butter.
- Pour milk over potatoes.
- Cook in crockpot for about 2 hours.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with green onion.
