Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients

    • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
    • 3 Tbsp butter
    • 4 Tbsp flour
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 2 cups ham
    • Green onion

Directions

    • Layer 1/3 potatoes in crockpot.
    • Combine flour, salt, pepper in small bowl.
    • Sprinkle half of the mixture over the potatoes.
    • Spread half of the ham (1 cup).
    • Repeat layers with final 1/3 of potato slices on top.
    • Dot with butter.
    • Pour milk over potatoes.
    • Cook in crockpot for about 2 hours.
    • Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for another 15 minutes.
    • Serve with green onion.
