Raspberry Pretzel Jell-O®

Cook 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 350°F
Chill 3-4 hours
Ingredients
4 cups mini pretzels
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp sugar
1 cup sugar
1 8 oz package cream cheese
AMOUNT raspberries
1 box (8 serving) raspberry Jell-O®
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
Directions for Crust
4 C mini pretzels crushed and mixed with 1 stick of melted butter and 3 Tbsp sugar.
Press into a 9x13 pan and bake 350°F for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Directions for Middle Layer
Blend 1 cup sugar and 1 8 oz package of cream cheese.
Fold in one thawed tub of cool whip.
Pour onto pretzel crust.
Seal around edges so the Jell-O® doesn't leak to the bottom.
Put halved raspberries on.
Directions for Top
1 Box (8 serving) Raspberry Jell-O®
Dissolve into 2 cups of boiling water.
Add 2 cups of cold water
Once it is at room temperature, pour into dish.
Cover and chill for 3-4 hours
