Raspberry Pretzel Jell-O®

Preheat oven to 350°F

Chill 3-4 hours

Ingredients

    • 4 cups mini pretzels

    • 1 stick butter

    • 3 Tbsp sugar

    • 1 cup sugar

    • 1 8 oz package cream cheese

    • AMOUNT raspberries

    • 1 box (8 serving) raspberry Jell-O®

    • 2 cups boiling water

    • 2 cups cold water

Directions for Crust

    • 4 C mini pretzels crushed and mixed with 1 stick of melted butter and 3 Tbsp sugar.

    • Press into a 9x13 pan and bake 350°F for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Directions for Middle Layer

    • Blend 1 cup sugar and 1 8 oz package of cream cheese.

    • Fold in one thawed tub of cool whip.

    • Pour onto pretzel crust.

    • Seal around edges so the Jell-O® doesn't leak to the bottom.

    • Put halved raspberries on.

Directions for Top

    • 1 Box (8 serving) Raspberry Jell-O®

    • Dissolve into 2 cups of boiling water.

    • Add 2 cups of cold water

    • Once it is at room temperature, pour into dish.

    • Cover and chill for 3-4 hours
